It has been an awful year. Now, some things have been good--if you look at the numbers, it looks like, overall, I've been doing pretty well. I scored very well on the PSAT; I stayed in the top-level choir, which as a whole did well at those adjudications we attended; my Knowledge Bowl team took 2nd at state; I've done kind of well-ish in my classes, and soon, with any luck, I'll do kind of well-ish on my AP tests, too. I looked in my gallery today and realized that I haven't posted anything since the end of October. That sort of make sense--after October school picked up and things started falling apart in my primary social circle. Drama! Nanowrimo also happened--I finished a full draft of the first of four political fantasy books I've been planning out since I was thirteen. Unfortunately, that meant a drop in photography and such, and I never post drawings anymore even though they're often most of what I (and Pyxistre (https://www.deviantart.com/pyxistre)) spend most of AP US History doing. School is a fun thing. This year I hate absolutely none of my teachers! It's so wonderful. In ninth grade I had a few apathetic or highly strict and restrictive teachers, and both the Chem teachers are evil in their own special ways, but this year all my teachers are smart and funny and nice. That 2/3 of my classes are APs probably helps with that. Also, I made a new account to show pictures of things I make rather than draw or photograph. Like scarves. I'm very fond of knitting scarves.
